The Upper Captiva Fire and Rescue District will hold a special Shade Meeting Friday January 31, 2025 starting at 10:00AM at the Fire Station.

A brief meeting open to the public will outline the purpose of the Shade meeting before being suspended for the Shade portion of the meeting,

The Shade meeting is a special session (Closed to the Public) where the District’s Attorney can update the Commissioners regarding the Martin lawsuit.

At the conclusion of the Shade meeting, the suspended the Public meeting will be re-opened to discuss any conclusions that can be made publicly available.
